When in Spanish we tell to someone "he/she is hot" we really translate it for......."El/ella está buenisimo/a". "Hot" meaning is caliente but we don´t say "a person is hot" into the same context. When we say "a person is hot" we mean "Horny"......
And...... sexy is the same meaning as "sexy".

when you want to tell someone they are hot you say "estas caliente" pronounced eh stahs(estas) caw lee in tay(caliente) and to says sexy just says "estas sexy"
