You know, I despise the catholic church and all it stands for, but that pope was pretty cool. He gained the respect of this Pagan the day he had the balls to stand up and apologise for the shortcomings and atrocities of his predecessors, among them declaring that Mary Magdalene was NOT a whore - she was the wife of Jesus, and I think this guy knew that too. He was the only pope that has ever actually had something worthwhile to say. This nazi they have right now - I don't even know his name, but his energy is bad.
