I was thinking about buying one of those programmable jamma pcbs from Arcade Shop.com and was wondering if anybody had ever bought one or knew of a cheaper place to get one.

I already have an old Mortal Kombat cab I turned into a Mame Machine, but I just can't turn my classic Neo-geo into another Mame. I spent a long time and money totally restoring my Neo-geo.

To be honest with you that seems like a good thing if you are going to build machines to sell maybe but the cost is high, In my opinion. If you already have a Jamma wired cabinet you can still use MAME on a older computer, buy an jamma adapter to connect to the computer, and a video adapter to connect to the monitor and you would be able to play many more games and all for less than $400.00. Do You know about MAME? Check it out http://www.mame.net/ the official sight then look for others. I can give a wealth of info.
