The first ones that come to mind are...

Mineral and resource depletion
Deforestation
Pollution (acid rain, health issues etc)
Land and water contamination
Loss of habitat and threat to species
Global warming and climate change
Aesthetic impact (e.g. quarrying, power transmission lines)

Source is me but I'm guessing you'll find most, maybe all, on Wikipedia.
