Unless you defaulted on your student loan payments, graduated with your bachelor's degree, trying for a second degree on the same level as the first one, or going to graduate school, you should qualify for a Pell Grant.

Yes, I owe around $2000 in student loans, yet each year I get financial aid. Plus, once you've used w/e financial aid you need for the year you can get a refund check for w/e you didn't use and either spend it on your needs (gas, food, etc.) or put it towards your loan. Search for FAFSA and it'll point you in the right direction to apply for loans.

Yes, you should be able to. Your student loan doesn't need to be paid until you finish school. Once out of school they hope you land a job and start payment on the loan.
