In familiar tense, please, not formal!

Well, I would look it up in an online translator, but those are never reliable. If I wanted to say "where are you" in Spanish and I typed it into a translator, it would tell me "donde es," not "donde estas." Online translators don't work. But thanks for the advice, it was much appreciated.

In Persian (Iranian language): Fereshte ye Tariki فرشته تاريكي Fereshte = Angel ye (in this situation) = of Tarik = Dark ---> Tariki = Darkness You rememberd me "The Edge of Darkness". It was one of the best TV serials I've ever watched. Be success Angel of Darkness ;)

Italian: when "you" is singular: "dove sei?", if plural "dove siete?"
Also, when addressing to a person you don't know or you're supposed to talk with in formal way: "dov'è?": actually is "dov'è Lei?", but "Lei" understood; although "dov'è?" does also mean "where is it?", it's better, since "dov'è Lei?" may sounds like you're mocking at that person :)

Italian = dove sei ? (sing) - dove siete ? (plur)
French = où est-tu ? (sing) - où êtes-vous ? (plur)
German = wo bist du ? (sing) - wo seid Ihr ? (plur)
