None, unfortunately.
Your body's metabolism will adjust so that you use fewer calories whenever you starve yourself for short periods.
It's easier to lose weight by playing a 'trick' on your body--eat a half as much as usual and exercise a lot more. Then, your metabolism will stay up and burn more calories while you're providing less calories to your system. Voila! Weight loss!

It is possible to weigh more after 3 days of fasting than you did before beginning the fast. Sometimes your body will go into "survival mode" when it detects no incoming nutrients and will slow metabolism to conserve energy. You are better off beginning to slowly increase your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables along with whole grains, lean meat, low fat milk products, and drink more water. Increase your activity level slowly as well. Remember that you did not put extra weight on quickly so it will likely not come off quickly. It takes time to change habits so you can be healthy. Skip the fasting and begin making better choices. Fruits and vegetables, while very healthy, are not the only source of vitamins and nutrients your body needs to be healthy.

You will most likely lose nothing, or just 1 or 2 pounds, but then when you start eating, you`ll gain a bit.
This because your internal systems will want to store for another such period of 'no energy input'.
Best way to loose weight is to take care in what you eat, and make it as healthy as possible - combined with enough to drink (water) and moving a lot (30 minutes of walking , or cycling ) will help much better.

You will mostly loose water weight and will gain it back again as soon as you start eating again.
After the first 24 hours of not eating your body will think you are experiencing a famine and start adjusting your metabolism to burn less calories when you are resting and hoard calories you eat in the future as fat.
Best way to loose weight by reducing calories is to cut your food intake by about half. Perform regular moderate exorcise, avoid strenuous exorcise which will pack on heavy muscle. Drink mostly water, unsweetened tea isn't to bad. Make sure you stay away from processed (white) flower foods or anything with lots of sugar or syrup.
Why doing this is hard: Unless you make a habit of eating less, you will be fighting your lower brain which is the real decision maker. Bad eating habits are encouraged by advertising so you will first have to deprogram yourself from wanting processed high calorie foods. Good luck.

Well, fasting has helped some with their weight loss. But I really don't recommend that you should do it all the time. Your body with know that it is starving and will hold on to everything you put in it. I really don't recommend you do it. Eat more veggies and fruit and exerise more. You are actually putting your body in shock if you do it often....

well starving yourself is not the answer to losing weight, anything in this world worth having is not easy so don't take the easy way out its worse for you in the long run. Also, if you notice starving people look bloated or chubby around the belly, that is because malnutrition causes the body to literally eat away at itself, so your best bet is to get off your butt and exercise!

1. If fruits and veggies are all that you eat, then you are missing protein and it is not healthy.
2. You will lose less than what you will gain back.

you won't lose much because your body will go into a starvation mode. Everything you have in your body will stay because it knows how to ration food supply. You need to eat and if you don't after three days when you eat, even if it's healthy, you wil be bloated, gain lbs back faster and more than what you lost, and you probably won't feel too good.

You can lose up to 2 lbs a day so roughly around 5 or 6 lbs.
Its healthy if you only do it for a short period of time such as a "toxication" of some sort.
Be sure to drink alot of water and take a multi vitamin.
Good luck!

You'll drop a decent amount of weight... But since I dont know your height and weight I cant honestly make an educated guess to how much... But from the sounds of it, your on the verge of anorexia... Anorexia isnt just not eating, its not eating enough... You need a source of protien
