It's Un Chien Andalou.
It was written by Salvador Dali and Luis Bunuel.
It stars Simone Mareuil and Pierre Batcheff.
Also, it has been made very clear that the movie carries no symbolic meaning whatsoever. It is a surrealist movie, so it does have some bizarre aspects, but they are not meant to mean anything - it's supposed to resemble a dream.
