No, because the airlines don't run people for warrants.

Additionally, a bench warrant is usually not extraditable nationwide, only in the state or city the warrant was issued depending on the seriousness of the charge(s).

A bench warrant restricts you to prison, not an airplane. If you are one of the random people searched, they may run your information. If they do, then it's off to jail for you!

I don't know if the warrant will show up a 'no fly ' list. Any arrest warrant legally restricts you form not being in jail.

Nope. I have a misdemeanor warrant out on me, and flying domestically is no problem. However, when flying in and out of the U.S., I do get hassled by Customs, every time. Every single time.
