How to Render My Pics On AdobePhotoshop With the Good qualityto stay the same quality for myspace or etc.?

Im using Adobe Photoshop i render my pics there fine wen i view them on there on faxviewer or wat eva wen i put em on my music Myspace there not that same quality any body know any suggestions im started to get mad dat all my good work goin to nuttn ( i need help on JPEG PNG GIF all dat good stuff

In File menu choose Save for Web and, in the Save for Web Dialog box choose Optimized and set to PNG-24. If the image is transparent or has a transparent zone check the box Transparency.
PNG (Portable Network Graphics) utilizes lossless compression, meaning no image data is lost when saving or viewing the image. Unlike PNG, JPEG uses a lossy compression routine. Lossy compression means that the image loses quality and information each time it is saved. Moreover PNG has to offer what's called the alpha channel. An alpha channel is one byte of extra data per pixel that represents the transparency level of a pixel. A PNG image with alpha is capable of 256 levels of transparency. What does all this mean? For one thing, you can antialias text and images so that sharp curves look good against any background and you can apply a true drop shadow which fades into the background. You can create images that take any shape or form. There are many possibilities with alpha transparency.
