I'm trying to live healthy and do many things but I don't have much $. Does anybody have a guide or plan for doing such things that has worked for them?

If you have a Costco near you and can afford the yearly fee (I believe it's about $45), they have a lot of organic foods. You have to buy in bulk which is more out of your pocket at once, but it costs less than buying the same amount in the regular grocery store. The salads aren't very expensive. A little under $5 and there's enough to last you for quite a while. They also have many other organic foods throughout the store.

It doesn't take much money or space to grow your own vegetables.
