It is plural of saabique, the exact word is al-saabiquoon, "l" remains silent. it means, "the previous people/nations, who have passed already",

In holy Qura'n, this word is used number of time, when Allah almighty discusses about previous nations.
Some places when Allah almighty addresses to Muslims and say, Assabiquoon, in the Ayah, it means, Jews and Christians, as these are previous as per Muslim nation.

As “WASSABIQOON ASSABIQOON" seems to mean "And those foremost [(in the Faith and in performing righteous deeds) in the life of this world on the very first call for to embrace Islâm] will be foremost (in Paradise)”, I guess "as sabiqoon" means "the first and foremost (to work for Islam)".
