exercise eat right the darker the food the better it is, brown rice brown bread, etc. add benefiber or fibersure to ur morning cup of water. only water, nothing else!!!

eat 5 small (small) meals a day and eat nothing for 4 hours before you go to sleep (bedtime). Then walk at least 6 miles a week. should lose the 20 pounds in three months or so.

Stay away from junk foods, fast foods, candies, sodas and other sweets. Eat 4-6 small (healthy) meals each day. Don't forget about fruits and veggies!
Increase your water! It really does help with the weight loss.
And of course, exercise!!

eat whole foods, reduce sugar intake as much as possible , eat 4-6 small meals a day , hit the gym daily and if you have the money get a personal trainer

Go to weightmelter.net, they have excellent weight loss programs and products that work remarkably. I was able to lose 30lbs. in 4 months 2 years ago and I feel great. If you're serious about losing weight. you gotta check that company out.

ok aim for losing weight slowly...if you lose quickly you will gain it quickly too...besides it is not good for your body..try to be patient and lose steadily and slowly...so the first thing is to aim for 5-7 kg during a year....to do this:1-try to sleep well at night...good sleep helps to lose weight
2- try to eat your breakfast and your lunch but avoid eating after 3 p.m in the afternoon..if you feel you are hungry at night just have some fruit..
3- avoid red meet.....think of Japenese...slim Japenese...they eat fish and chicken but not red meat...this way you will live longer too.
4- avoid ice cream, cream, cheese and fried food
5-eat more rice, bread, avacado instead of butter.....fish...soup...lots of fresh fruit...walnut...cottage cheese...milk....search for good recipes
6- at the end try to walk more
