I have a persistently HIGH IgM at 13.70 low IgG at 6 and IgA at 1.50, this has been going on for six years now. I also have raised Alpha 2 Globulins. Can anyone tell me what is going on here?

The first question you need to ask your doctor is if the IgM is monoclonal. This will help characterize things. The immune system generates antibodies in a specific order IgM first, then IgG, then IgA. You need a good diagnostician, probably a hematologist , to get to the bottom of this.
