are you asking how to take a small photo and turn it into a large painting???
well i assume that's what your asking and you need a ruler!
your going to make a grid on your photo!
if your photo is 6x4 then make each square 1/2 inch so you will have 12 boxes accross and 8 boxes down!
now on the large paper you need to do the same how ever the 1/2 inch will be too small so change it to 1 full inch that will double it's size maybe you want it bigger! then make it 2 inches on your painting... that will triple the size! then all you have to do is paint each square it self instead of the hole thing !

Edit, Select All, then go to Image, Stretch and Skew, and then put in the same amount for the stretch portion (example, 50% for horizontal and 50% for vertical). Tada!
hope this helps!

Go to image at the top left, then go to 'stretch/scew', then type in like 110 or 120 or something, depends on how big you want it, but be careful, because the bigger you make it, the more pixelated it will be.
