When changing "nosotros hablamos" to an all female group, is it:

"nosotras hablamos" (with -os)
or "nosotras hablamas" (with -as)

???

nosotras hablamos, you change only the pronoun not the verb

You only change the pronoun

nosotros hablamos (masculine)

nosotras hablamos (feminine)

It is nosotras hablamos since you aren't really addressing an individual person.
