It'll take longer than a month to lose 25 pounds.

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

it is virtually impossible to lose almost 1 lb of fat daily. highly trained elite athletes can not even lose body fat at that rate.

there will always be a maximum amount of fat that will be lost before the rate of muscle tissue that is catabolized surpasses that rate. this is why safe fat loss occurs at around 2-3 lbs a week. you simply can not force the body to rapidly metabolize fats regardless of the amount of exercise or the caloric intake. in order to lose 25 lbs of fat only in 30 days you would basically have to increase the resting metabolic rate by 50%. and the only thing that can do that is a substance called DNP and it's very dangerous and potentially deadly if used improperly.

It is possible to lose 25 pounds, but i am not quite sure it will be fat.

Right now i am trying what this website says. basically you eat enough calories that your body needs to weigh what you want to weigh. AND NOT A CALORIE MORE. thats the only difficult thing with this... it's hard to keep track. What i'm thinking of doing is printing it out and giving it to my parents so they can help me.

good luck!

Actually, it would be concerning to lose that much weight in a month. Extreme weight loss in a short period of time is usually associated with some kind of malignancy.

If u are mobidly obese then u might do it but no i think the average person could lose that about with surgery If we reduce weight too rapidly, our body thinks there's a famine and slows down our metabolism. Then our weight loss stops. Then we binge!
The moral? Rapid weight reduction has its limits.

Definitely not, unless you undergo liposuction. Two to three pounds a week is the safe upper limit for weight loss.
