There are some, they have exactly the same legal rights as everyone else. Other than that I don't know what other information you might want.

You also have to look at the background of the ethnic minorities. The asian communities are essentially shopkeepers and businessmen who have no construction background but have close family ties to the businesses they are in. It's similar in the Military, they have no family ties or connections to the Armed forces so there are very few that join, also, the bad press about racism etc doesn't help in this area. If you looked hard enough you'd see there are lots of industries which aren't attractive to the ethnic minorities of the UK

The same as everyone else, they may not mind working Christmas Day and Easter. Would make them popular.
