I have green and red bell peppers, and green onions. I've searched Kraft.com, I love their ingredient search, but didn't find anything... I also have ground beef or chicken breasts, as far as meat goes... any ideas?

Sure, cut up the chicken into small pieces, saute in some olive oil and garlic salt, when the pink start to go away, add your cut up veggies. Serve over pasta or rice and if you have any other seasonings you like, use them. If you have a bottle of sweet and sour sauce add that to the chicken and serve over rice.

You can also make fajitas.

Also sloppy joes with the ground beef, just add some ketchup and brown sugar.

Well, you can use the chicken.
cut the peppers long way, use both red and green, some onion that you cut in rings, 1 can of
chicken broth, salt pepper, a little poultry seasoning, and some other vegies. Brown the chick, pour the broth on, put in all the other ingreds and cover and cook on the top of the stove in a large fry pan for about 45 minutes slow. throw in some potatoes and carrots and you have a whole meal.

Wow, that not a lot of ingredients! I would sweat the onions till they turn clear, slice up the peppers and chicken and saute the lot together. S&P. If you have a can of stock (always have a can of stock!) put that in too, reduce it and serve over pasta. Make sure the chicken is brown before adding any liquid.

My husband favorite thing to do with peppers and onions is to stir fry the pepper and onions until soft and them add scrambled eggs and make a omlet. Toast, hashbrown and a beer. MMMMMMMMMMM good stuff.

no longer a huge pepper eater, yet I do commonly have a million interior the frig in basic terms in case. I continually have celery, onions and carrots, they are the "trinity" of cooking. in basic terms omit the peppers in case you do in comparison to them. As for the onions and celery - ONION: cube the onion up somewhat somewhat small, the flavour is super, yet each so often the definitely onion looks "slimy", CELERY - peel the exterior with a potato peeler to do away with the strings that are there. Then slice thinly, have confidence me, you will like it.
