Well, My older brother told me to ask, incase its a waste of time even going, can my 14 year old brother get into a R rated movie they are going to see in a few days with my 23 year old brotheR?

yes, they only care the the buyer of the tickets is of age.

Yes he can and to CLARIFY,if you're under 17 years of age, you have to be with someone who is OVER 21 to get into an R rated movie... 21 is considered an "adult" @ the movie theaters.

ya since the brother is considered the adult guardian

usually they say people under 17 must be accompanied by an adult which the 23 year old is

he should be able to as long as he has some one over the age of 17 with him.
