Jesus is 'the son of God' but he is also God. I don't think the holy spirit, Jesus, and God the father are all that separate - I think they are all aspects of the same God. Where/when did Jesus call himself 'father' in the bible? I can't remember reading that he ever did that.
He showed that he was human in a way, and felt human emotions when he asked why God had forsaken him (something that many people would feel in a similar situation). He was God, but he was also externally human on earth and felt like a human.

First of all, you should watch your mouth.
Secondly, Jesus Christ was the Word of the Father made flesh, and since the Word is part of the Father, He is called the Son of God. While Christ was on the cross, he did not think God had forsaken him. First, He never called the Father "God", he called Him
"Father".
"My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?", was Jesus Christ teaching you, even while nailed to the cross, that He was fulfilling prophecy at that moment. He was reciting Psalms 22 (and 23) to tell you that prophecy was being fulfilled that had been written 1000 years prior to the event.
You have the Biblical literacy of a grapefruit.

there is the thing called the trinity. the father son and holy ghost. Jesus died in the flesh not as God. and that is what we do when we accept Jesus into our lives. We are not perfect people but we are forgiven.
