If I eat high protein foods, maybe 2-3 cans of soda, maybe a a cup of water, some healthy and snack foods, and do 10 push-ups and 25 sit-ups at random times a day maybe 3 times will I get more muscle and muscle definition?

you will get much better results if there is some structure to your training program. for instance do push ups & situps on mon-wed-fri, get a pull-up bar and do those on thur-fri and run sprints for 15 minutes on wed-sat

Protein will help build muscles. If you eat 2 raw eggs a day, you will see a change in your muscles and definition that they will have. Also, spaghetti is a great way to improve definition, shape, and muscle. But I would also invest in some 10 lb. weights too.

What do the athletes at your school do for workouts? Its certainly more than that. If you want to look like them, you have to do what they do.

A few pushups and situps isn't going to cut it.

um, you could cut out the soda. i would go to the gym, lift weights, so situps, run, and do crunches.
