How about you guys quit playing God and telling me I'm going to hell? From what I've heard, saying things like that is a sin anyhow, let alone rude and intolerant.

Every single person I've told has told me I was going to hell, except for two. Maybe it's where I'm coming from (Indiana), but I have heard it all too often.

"so calling people rude and intolerant is not judging others? or is just okay for you?"
I was saying that statement was rude and intolerant, not the people. So no, I'm not judging anyone. Sorry to disappoint you. :)

It is not our place to Judge who is going to hell and who is not. That will be determined the moment of death, or on Judgment Day, by One who occupies a seat of authority, "MUCH" bigger than mine.
However, what we do say is "according to the scriptures." The decision as to who goes to hell upon death, or will be cast into the lake of fire "according to the scripture" is determined by their acceptance or rejection of Jesus.
For the things we do in the flesh, are not sin! They are the "fruits" of the sinful nature, we all were born into this world with.
God loves sinners! But he hates all the fruits of the tree (sin nature) produces.
However;
I hear so many use that same cop-out. Youre judging me! To judge someone is saying to that individual there going to hell!
That we are not suspose to do!
However, when we say "according to the scriptures" then it is not us judging you! It's the scriptures! Which will be one of the books used on Judgment Day.
What the world calls judging; Jesus as the Alpha and Omega of the Book of Revelation calls it "Ground Testing"
Check out Revelation Chapter 2 and the Church of Ephesus.
(1) He says of this Church… “I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience”
Other words; I know your deeds, your hard work and your perseverance." It’s obvious these were very active Christians.
They were not couch potatoes. They took their faith seriously and they put it to work. They witnessed; they labored; they ministered to human needs. They helped the downcast and
ministered to the homeless and outcasts of society. They were busy people, continually working, and our Lord commends them for that.
(2) He commends them on their Doctrine: It was Orthodox, and Jesus says… I know how thou canst not bear them which are evil; and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:
Other words; I know that you cannot tolerate the wicked, and you have tested those who claim to be apostles, but are not, and have found them false.
Here we see their faith was well defined and well defended. They did not run after every theological fad that came along. They examined them as to whether or not they were true. They checked up on what was being taught and they strongly opposed some of the teaching that was being presented by some of the itinerant speakers of that day.
In Brother Paul last visit with the elders of the church at Ephesus, had warned them that they would have trouble in this area. In Acts Chapter 20:29-31, we find Paul summoning the elders of Ephesus to come down to him at the city of Miletus.
Here Paul delivered to them a farewell message of moving impact because he thought he would never see them again.
For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them. Therefore watch, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears.
Here we see Paul in his days knew and understood the problems this Church would be confronted with in the future.
And here in Revelation, the Lord Jesus recognizes how well they had followed Brothers Paul advice. For hey hadchecked up on the speakers, and had refused the teaching of many.
They had tested those who claimed to be apostles and found them to be false.
This is Grounds Testing Of The Church. What is the ground of testing?
It is whether a teaching agrees with the Scriptures, with the "word of God's grace," as he calls it in Act’s 20:32. And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.
If only this were more widely practiced today we would probably have been spared much of the terrible, shameful scandals that have occupied the front pages of our news papers, radios and television media, concerning various church activity!
Think, for instance, what would have happened, if some church had analyzed the teachings of Jim Jones and had warned people of his errors. Think about the many of the thousand, he led to their deaths, would still possible be living today if the churches had, had the courage and wisdom to
analyze his teaching and challenge it!
Here in Chapter 2 our Lord commends the Ephesians for doing this. He does not charge them with being judgmental, or say, as many do today, that churches have no right to judge. He points out that this was part of the teaching they had received, and he commends them for it.

Will you guys please shut up and quit crying about Christians telling you you're going to hell. If you are so convinced that there is no God then you should find such comments laughable. The truth is, I find very few comments from Christians that say anything about atheist or other non-believers going to hell. We come here to share our beliefs and to answer questions( perhaps mostly in vain) which is why we have Y/A. If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen!

by your circular reasoning.so saying you are going to hell is just a fact and they are not judging you.and you said that you judged it as a sin. and would this not be a judgemental statement? (As well as annoying theists and republicans by simply existing, of course. ;)

I never said that you were going to hell, other may have.
I said you will have to suffer the consequences of your choice and actions after being told the gospel. Now that you know, you get to make a choice of whether to believe or not.

idk who has said that to you but if u they have u have to learn to ignore such comments. they probably meant that if u've heard the gospel and kno the consequences of not accepting GOD as u're savior u're in danger of hell but it's u're choice what u want to belive. but if u take this to heart so much that u're asking questions about the matter do something about . remember ppl say stupid things everyday like don imus, racists, ethnocentrics, and ect bu t we have to learn to brush them off not take it ti heart and say you do u and i'll do me. also learn to 4give.

You really should replace the word "several" with either "many" or "too many".
