My son wants a ATM card, and I was wondering if he is old enough to get one?

An ATM only card might be possible. I doubt he could get a Debit card, which can also be used at stores. You would probably have to be named on any account in your sons name. If I were the parent, I doubt I would give a 12 year old a card, but you know your son and I don't.
