what i should eat & how mush weight i might lose,thanks for helping.

you won't lose any amount of weight by doing only 60 crunches. 1-3 minutes of low intensity will burn maybe 10-15 calories maximum. if you want to reduce the body fat you need to exercise for 60 minutes 4-6x a week

That will help build nice muscle but if you have a flabby belly you need to do some cardio as well try pilates 5 times a week if you don't like running or anything its less intense and still builds muscle and burns calories. If it works let me know I have the same problem and i need to lose weight fast :)

i have no clue but i been doing crunchs every night before bed and when i wake up till i cant do any more!! and the past 2 weeks i noticed my stomach has looks a little slimmer!!! and yes keep a balanced diet!!! no FAST food! ( maybe a grilled chicken sandwich and some yogart if you love mcdonalds) make sure you eat little portions and get rid of the soda... >.< that what i have been doing but its hard to stay away fromt he soda /cry

60 crunches burns about, oh, 30 calories. Yeah. 30 calories.

If you want to lose weight you'll have to do a lot more than that.

with a healthy strict diet probably 2 pounds max for 1-2 weeks.
i do a lot of crunches but i didnt necessarily eat the healthiest food so it takes me 3 weeks to burn that much
