Check to make sure there are no rough spots on the wheel that can rub on the tube.

Also check the tire very carefully to be certain that nothing has penetrated it.

There is also a possibility that one of the spokes is screwed through the wheel and rubbing a hole in the tube.

Good Luck

Two things usually cause this.

-Check the wheel rim and tire to make sure there is nothing caught in there that might be puncturing your tubes

-Check to make sure it is inflated to the proper levels. A low pressured tire will flat more easily (this is honestly the most common issue! I went through about a dozen tubes before someone pointed this out to me! Only have had one flat since!)

There could be something stuck inside the tire that caused the first puncture. If it wasn't removed when you changed the tire, it will puncture again. Also check your rim tape. If a spoke is protruding, that will cause problems, too.

to figure out where the leak/hole/puncture is, fill a sink w/ water, inflate the tube and run it through the water to see where it bubbles. then you can fugure out if the puncture is for the rim side or the spokes.
