Your asking this under the business-> Credit catagory?
Fraud would pretty much be the only thing you can do with regards to credit.

Otherwise...get a job.

I hear a large percentage of pizza delivery drivers have that as a second job to make extra money to get out of debt. There should be at least one pizza place in your area hiring drivers.
