Are u looking for some pollution problems??? In the winter time there it may get 66 below zero and at that temperature diesel jells so that a pump cannot pump it. It is so cold that coax cable if bent when it is cold will break in very small pieces. There is a small group of scientist stay there in the winter months and it is so cold they can not fly in a plain to rescue u. I did work for NASA and was scheduled to go to the station and set up some special satellite communications ,but Guam got hit by a typhoon and I went to Guam and my co-heart went to the station in Anartica .
