Martha P. gave you the right answer.
However I don't understand why she's writing as source MT that,as far as I know, should stand for "Mother tongue".
I read on her profile that she's native from Perù and since the question is about Italian how's is possible she writes MT ?
She doesn't allow email but since I've seen this happening quite a lot of times also in her previous answers I would like to know from her why she's writing MT even on questions not relevant her MT Spanish language.

It translates to "nose" -- but you have to say it with a pause in the middle, like so: "Noooo-----z"
