Should I call the police station ?
his car is totaled, he wants to use one of mine.

Ask to see the tickets. If he doesn't show them to you, then you know the answer.

Yeah,I would just call and ask and if he did get the DUI charge I would not trust him with one of my vehicles especially since his car was totaled.

Do not let him use your car! He is not on your insurance! If he totals yours they will not pay it because he was driving. Do you know his social security number? You can use that and call 1 573 751-4475 after hours you get automated information. This is the number for the department of revenue in Missouri. If you are not from the state of Missouri find out the number for the department of revenue from your state.

DO NOT let him borrow one of your cars. Call the police or look in the police blotter section of your local paper.
