I ve tried lots of things. Count sheeps, read books and etc etc...
Its like so hard for me to sleep. I dont know if im high on caffein or something.. i just couldnt sleep. The most i sleep every day is 3 to 5 hours a day. I dont know im just a type of person who thinks alot of things before sleep. In other words, anxiety. Please help.

Aha, agitated depression?? You'll have to see a therapist. Cut way back or off of caffiene-before I was medicated it made the blood in my body run, and I could feel it. I had cancer, dad died, pneumonia, so I had what they call stressors. You should list yours for the past two yrs. Anyway for the first time in my life and I am menopausal too, I am on meds. Ask yourself is what I am worrying about going to change? Because worrying will make you sick. Take the Holme's Rahe Stress Test-find it online. You'll be shocked.

Try to write out your thoughts and feelings before you sleep. It will help to calm your mind.

You can also try drinking herbal tea or taking herbal medications to help you sleep.

Try and glass of wine and a warm bath before going to bed.

ok well i listen to my ipod and it helps me...i got caught in my dreams and get tired and sleep...so abotu 2 hourse before u go to bed...dont drink caffine.....see if that helps
