If you went 1 level up in the website, to http://www.ctrl-c.liu.se/misc/ram , you would have found an English language website that explains the biplane is a Beriev KOR-1, that KOR is short for "Korablemij" or ship-born, and a link to a page about the plane in English :

"KOR-1 (KR-2, TsKBMS-3), G.M.Beriev (NATO 'Mote')"

"License-built KR-1 flying boat turned obsolete in mid-30's" ... "was intended for catapult launch from 'Kirov' class cruisers."
