well i dont know whats wrong with me, nothing really. just everynow and then i think about stuff and wonder what would happen. im used to going through drama everyday and i find myself very sensitive, somethinf stupid can make me cry easily thhough i try my hardest not to cry in front of others. i dont know why things bug me so much. like, if i cant go to the mall after being excited all day and they said i could, when they say i cant, i might feel so mad and upset i start to cry and just feel awful. i get so angry at peopel for no reason. and suicide? not really that. i know its a total stupid thing but im just so curious? im sumtimes tenmpted to do something incredibly stupid just to see what would happen, or if something would. i would never kill myself or anything but i find myself thinkifn that if i control life, i do have tjhe power to suicide. because people dont think of it, but when you think you knwo that you can if you want. i dont want anything 2 happen. am i depressed? BD?

I am no doctor but I don't think that's bipolar being as I have had bipolar for 17 years now, it really isn't just about getting upset about things. if you are young as it sounds like you are this could just be hormones and should calm down in a few years. I would try and get help for it if its really making your life that bad.

First, talk to your Father in heaven, then talk to your family, friends, teachers, until someone will listen. Don't hold back.
Secondly, get plenty of sunlight. This will help to balance you chemically.
Thirdly, make an impact on someone else's life. Either perform random acts of kindness secretly, surprise someone with dinner delivered to their house 3 or 4 hours before mealtime. Volunteer somewhere, this gives you meaning. You'll become more chemically balanced.
Fourthly, cut out all white bread and bleached pasta, along with all refined foods and sugars. This robs your body of the nutrients it needs, some of which effects your mental and chemical state.
Fifthly, get your omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids. Best source flax seed oil from a health food store; refrigerated only. Take two tabel spoons every day. Or take cod liver oil or eat fish with BOTH fins and scales 3 times a week. Study show that fishing towns and villages all over the world boasts some of the lowest depression rates world wide.
Sixthly, human touch is very important. If your married get your spouse to give you daily nonsexual massages for at least 15 to 20 minutes and return the favor. If your not married, find a friend of the same gender that you can trust and trade platonic massages with them three to four times a week.
Lastly, don't be idle; if you don't have a job, hobby, or a routine; get one.
After 40 days of following these steps if you don't feel any better or if you go back to thinking destructively. Get emergency help!

That's not bipolar. You just need to grow up. You cry because you can't go to the mall? Come on. And stop being so sensitive. Are you going to cry every day for the rest of your life? Think how many friends you'll have doing that------none. People do that because they want attention. Yes, you do. That's why you really want to do something stupid to see what happens----you want everyone to pay attention to you. Stop it.

here goes another answer to someone that I don't know your age lol---it sounds to me like you are depressed--I wouldn't go so far to say that you sound bi-polar at all ---sounds like you either have some problems in or outside your home life--and where ever it is that you are having problems and feeling sad or overwhelmed you need to talk to someone about this--either a parent or adult that you might trust--or at school maybe a counselor or good friend. Its very sad to see someone like you depressed or sad.....being mad that you cant go someplace after looking forward to it--is a boy thing--I have a 16 year old son that still does that kind of thing--so its not something that is happening to you that doesn't happen to other people--I don't think its anything to be gravely concerned about although I do think you need to talk to someone that can offer you some suggestions or ideas about what might be going on and give you some ideas of what you can do about it---talking to someone occasionally about things that bother you might help you to get rid of feelings that you don't normally get to talk about --once you talk about it you do feel better--hope this helps and good luck

Lithium has been around for years and years and has some long-lasting area outcomes: nausea, shakiness, impacts the thyroid, motives weight benefit, between others. I even have been taking it for approximately 21 years. this is not for anybody. For me, this is the only temper stabilizer that works. over the previous numerous years, psychs have been using anti-seizure drugs for temper stabilization. Topomax and Depakote are some. there are so plenty extra yet i'm no longer able to keep in mind their names. it incredibly is incredibly useful to ask you surgeon in case you may get off the lithium and attempt a temper stabilizer. maximum docs are rather attentive to their sufferers' requests. good success and God bless.

you don't mention your age, I think you may be in your teens, and if that is the case, it isn't possible to diagnose you with bipolar disorder as your hormonal changes are going kind of crazy in that period of life. If you are over 21 and experiencing those kinds of mood swings, then see a doctor and find out if you test positive for clinical depression or bipolar disorder.
