hello. im a 15 yr old boy, about 5'7'', and about 128 lbs. so, as you can tell, im pretty thin. i dont eat perfect, i dont eat a lot of veggies. i dont think my family has a history of heart probs. but i want to know if what it means when you feel some very mild pain when inhaling during running. when you have heart probs, is it a constant pain, or does it hurt when inhaling? also, is it normal for your leg muscles to hurt while running, or does that signal poor circulation? i also want to know what foods can boost your circulation, and what vitamins. thankyou!

It sounds like you're just out of shape. Your muscles will hurt when they don't get enough oxygen and use up their own supply. Without oxygen the muscles create lactic acid. No specific food/vitamin will help circulation, aim for a balanced diet. Exercise, in particular walk/running/swimming, will help strengthen the cardiovascular system and help with circulation, the muscle fatigue and will increase your endurance for such activities.
