There's a screw at the bottom of the door panel, and another hiding under the power window switch. Carefully pry off the window switch pod, unplug it, and remove the hidden screw underneath. You'll also need to pry out the insert around the door release handle. Once the screws and panels are removed, lift STRAIGHT UP on the door panel.
