Triscuits (any flavor) with melted cheese (any flavor)!! Great lunch. Just slice some cheese put on the crackers and pop into the microwave.

I like carrots and cucumber spears. Vegi's are about the only thing { I can think of } that is healthy and inexpensive. Any pre-made lunch's aren't healthy or cheap unless you buy the fixin's and make it @ home .

whole wheat bread 100 percent
bumble bee tuna or the other name brand in the poach
and put on toasted bread and eat as is
with whole grain prezels

or
deli style turkey or ham fat free on whole wheat bread with on the go tomato soup
or
lettuce by dole and add perdue short cuts to it and add crumbles from kraft and u should be good
with a apple
or
organic 100 percent crunchy or smooth peanut butter on the bread and side of raw in the shell peanuts

south beach has these really good wrap meals. they are easy and cheap... and surprisingly good too! i dont diet but i like them...
