Has anyone had a stomach virus lately?

Im from Gastonia North Carolina and my whole family has passed around a stomach virus. It includes vomiting and diarrhea. Very painful and uncomfortable illness.

well, suggest your family try washing hands more frequently, not sharing dishes and utensils and drinking vessels, take only clear liquids during the worst of the symptoms, and replace your intestinal bacteria afterwards with yogurt.

Good news. I lost 10 pounds in 3 days.
