It should read: “j’espère que tu es bien heureuse”, as in its present form it doesn't make much sense.
Meaning: "I hope that you are very happy."

Translation websites are usually rubbish though. One French word can mean 2 completely different things (eg servir could mean to serve or to be useful), while there usually is an English word for everything you want to say (if not you just make one up!). Translation websites often give you the wrong word. Post your letter on here, I'm sure lots of people would be happy to help, me included.

It's probably "j'espere tu es bonne _heureuse_", but that sounds weird, "bien heureuse" would be more grammatically correct French, meaning "I hope you're well/very happy."
Maybe "bonne et heureuse" : "good and happy."
