I will tell you what I see for you.
Your suspicions are correct, he is seeing other women. But, what do you really want?
Your mother and you are at odds over something regarding your personal life, probably a job, mised opportunity, or choice of love.
You want to move somewhere else, or you just recently moved in the past 6 months.
You are on a diet that you don't need to be on. Your physical health is not benefitting. You often feel tired and under the weather.
You have a friend who you need to get rid of because they prompt you to do things you normally would not do, and they will drain your energy and make you miserable with them.
