Jesus just hung around with guys, no girls.
He had this fetishist penchant for washing his cronies' feet.
His only gf was a whore.
On the last supper he told his pals: "Eat me and drink me".
And still Christians hate gays???

Um, . . . I think you need a hobby!
They are called "disciples" because they were followers of Christ.
Obviously, only 11 of them were "very good" since Judas Iscariot sold Jesus out for silver pieces.
They also had families and jobs and wives- they just put spiritual interests first.
Mary Magdalene was just a woman who had a righteous heart and became another disciple of Jesus. No more, no less.
Now Judy Garland- she's a gay icon!!!!!

It is not good to have zeal without knowledge,
nor to be hasty and miss the way.
A fool finds no pleasure in understanding
but delights in airing his own opinions.

"To the pure, all things are pure, but to those who are corrupted and do not believe, nothing is pure. In fact, both their minds and consciences are corrupted. They claim to know God, but by their actions they deny him. They are detestable, disobedient and unfit for doing anything good.'
Titus 1:15-16

Pssst... they're called "disciples". They weren't any more "very good friends" of Jesus then any other disciples of a rabbi or traveling preacher. Please try to learn something about 1st Century Jewish culture before commenting on it.
