I am looking for something where you can type in the items you have and it'll give you recipes for those items.

This site is incredible... it has the ingredient search that you're looking for, and it also has other search options as well. The recipes have a rating system (you can rate and leave a review for the recipe after you've tried it so that future users can decide whether they want to try the recipe) and you can read the reviews left by other users... they often leave tips for improving the recipe. I use this website almost daily... it saves me from running to the store every night in the search of a needed ingredient because you can just type in the ingredients you have on hand and almost always come up with a recipe match.
