The words "good" & "evil" are so relative this question is inanswerable.

There would be no diseases, life spans would increase tenfold, there would be no wars, police, doctors, or even priests cause God would be amoung us. Everyone would be perfect in terms of health, physique and mentalitly. Everything would be in perfect balance. Boredom would definatly not be an issue cause we'd all be working together to a common goal which can be alot of things for example the progression of all of humanity into a perfect society where we all become like gods, and we'd also take pleasure in the good things in life. We would all be really intelligent, attractive and each of our lives would have unique differences keeping things interesting. there would be no poor, everyone would be equal in gifts, wealth and class, there would be no need to feel jealous of your neighbor or make others a target of persecution.
I wanna throw this out there but basically if World Peace broke out back in the time of Jesus... we'd prolly have flying cars and cities on the moon by now... seriously.. Wars' cost more than just money but lives as well. If each person on this Earth dedicated him/herself to making positive progression and helping one another, we would be that "Advanced alien civilization" that, if there was life out there, other aliens would be afraid of us conquering them (like a reversed independance day cept we'd come in peace... and if they refused we'd **** em upp.. they'd have no chance Will Smiths on our side.) but yah basically if all humans on Earth worked together the impossible would become alot more possible.

this is an invalid question...how can we imagine a world without good and evil when we have, and always will, live in a society dictated by good and evil?

How do you know what good is if you don't know what bad is. Same as hot vs. cold it might be fun for awhile but you would eventually numb yourself to it.
