There can be many things from a drop in blood sugar to a drop in blood pressure and many many more things. If it is something you are worried about see your doctor right away. If you want to to a quick test to see if it is a drop in blood sugar drink a glass of orange juice and see if it goes away. In any case I would still see a doctor and have them run some tests just to be safe.

You may have waited too long to eat. I get this way too, although I have never passed out. You may be hypoglycemic, which is when your blood sugar gets too low. I carry granola bars in my purse to munch on when I can't eat a meal right away.
Also, it's becoming warmer outside. The heat can really make people feel sick if they aren't careful. I carry a water bottle almost everywhere I go to try and stay hydrated.
I'd make an appt. to see your doctor and have your blood work done, just to rule things out.

Do you or any members of your family have diabetes? These symptoms could be from low blood sugar. Or it could be heat exhaustion if you overwork yourself and don't rehydrate.
I suggest you get a check up, because unfortunately these symptoms could be caused by something else...or nothing entirely. Keep a diary of when this occurs and take it with you...this will also help your physician. Good luck!
