There was a young man who went overseas to study for quite a long time. When he returned, he asked his parents to find him a religious scholar or any expert who could answer his Three Questions.

Finally, his parents were able to find a Muslim scholar.

"Who are you? Can you answer my questions?," asked the young man

"I am one of Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta'ala)'s slaves and Insha'Allah (God willing), I will be able to answer your questions," replied the Scholar.

"Are you sure? A lot of Professors and experts were not able to answer my questions," replied the young boy

"I will try my best, with the help of Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta'ala)"

"I have 3 questions," began the boy

1. Does God exist? If so, show me His shape.

2. What is takdir (fate)?

If shaitan (Devil) was created from the fire, why at the end he will be thrown to hell that is also created from fire. It certainly will not hurt him at all, since Shaitan (Devil) and the hell were created from fire. Did God not think of it this far?

Suddenly, the Scholar slapped the young man's face very hard!

The young man, who was shocked and hurt by the slap became confused, "Why do are you angry at me?" he asked

"I am not angry," answered the scholar, "The slap is my answer to your three questions."

"I really don't understand," the young man said. He was really confused.

The scholar began to explain, "How did you feel after I slapped you?," he asked

"Of course, I felt the pain. it hurt," he replied

"So do you believe that pain exists?" the scholar asked

"Yes."

"Now Show me the shape of the pain!" said the wise Scholar

"I cannot," the young man replied

"That is my first answer. All of us feel God's existence without being able to see His shape... Last night, did you dream that you will be slapped by me?," the ascholar replied

"No"

"Did you ever think that you will get a slap from me, today?," the scholar continued

"No."

"That is takdir (fate)........" The scholar continued, "My hand that I used to slap you, what is it created from?"

"It is created from flesh," replied the young man

"How about your face, what is it created from?"

"Flesh, as well" replied the young man

"How did you feel after I slapped you?"

"In pain."

"Even though Shaitan (satan) and Jahunnum (Hell-fire) were created from fire, if Allah wants, insha'Allah (God willing), the Hell-fire will become a very painful place for Shaitan (Devil)" ended the wise Scholar.

The wise Scholar had answered all three of the tough questions by one slap.

Exciting story - - but it won't be enough for everyone God is just a perception, an everyone perception is different. God is a form of being that a group of people accept to be a superior for them, who they admire, and usually have given (or expected to give) them something. Enough with the holly book / text nonsense ! It's the only one which been told to you over an over in your community so you think that's the only thing that right. Think with logic and open mind, they're many form of Gods around us, with different religion to back it up, and usually it has a long story behind it. Some traditional tribes have God of earth, because they think that the earth have give them live (through plants and animals they can eat, water, etc), some fishing tribes have God of sea, and many more examples. Go to small remote traditional tribe with the power of electricity, light, fire, car, and all the modern gizmo and they will worship you as their God, because you can do things that they can't explain or even do themself. They'll seek knowledge, guide, and protection from you. Sound familiar huh? That's usually the beginning of every God and religion, but that's not always written on your books. Ever play strategy games like sim city or civilization or something like that, when you can do what you want where you want, that's the power of you as a form of God (to your citizens there). And what's up with 'His' part? Do you ever meet 'The One' and confirm that 'The One' is a male? Or you just told to think so? Got the point?

Thank you. You made my day.I enjoyed it tmmensely. I enjoy reading Sufi stories and anecdotes but though I have collected a large number of books on such subjects, I do not have the time to read them because I have too many magazines, journals, Digests, news amgazines, popular entertainment and leisure books to read, so the serious stuff gets neglected. I am sure you have read Moulana Djalal-ud-Din Rumi. Quite a few books have appeared about him and his poetry lately. What a great mind!
Late Mr Idries Shah has trnslated a large number of Sufi stories., life- histories, poetry from Persian and Arabic into English. I find him very informative and enjoyable.
Any way , thank you and keep writing. With a little water, even the barren deserts of the mind can sometimes bloom.

Oh dear. Another bloody evangelist.

1) Firstly, the pain is real in the sense that it's a neuro-chemical reaction. If we had our student linked up to an MRI scanner we could trace it and see its shape.

2) I would have punched the scholar in the face and said "Aye, and you didn't see that coming either, you ****."

3) It's not the flesh that hurt. It was the impact. The flesh was just the tool. That's why a handshake or a caress will not hurt you whilst sticking your hand in a fire will burn you every time.

Debunked. Again.

Daniel 7:9I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire.

10 A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened.

11 I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame.

12 As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time.

13 I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.

14 And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.

The ones who do not believe, will never change their minds. Some enjoy being non-believers of God's existence.
Alhamduli Allah I am one of the believers, I trust God and do not have trouble wondering about His existence.
It's a pity that some mock such stories, as if you forced it into their throats, why don't they ignore us (Muslims) if they do not like what we post? Thank you brother.

I can show the shape of pain.

Your nervous system, your nervous system firing synapses and such...that's why you get paralyzed and numb.

So, question one has not been answered.

Question 2: and I say that slap was the result of a sequence of atomic events following the laws of nature that led to the greatest total entropy in that slap. Harder to believe, but more plausible.

And 3: Null and void. No Satan.
