Is there any player to read tmp video files?

You mean video files that are cached as junk and saved as renamed .tmp files? Just rename the extension from .tmp to either .avi, .mpg, .mpeg., etc. and see if it plays. Otherwise temp files aren't considered video files so most programs aren't going to be setup to play them.

Deleting the tmp files won't free up more memory only drive space and not that much either. Your problem is you've got too many programs running at once. Find yourself a start up manager and see what all is running and what you don't need then disable them so they don't take up available memory. Also, you could try a program like freeramxp. It's a memory manager and may help to free up some ram. Opinions vary as to whether or not it or any other one like it actually works. And finally, since you didn't specify how much ram you have installed, get more. It's pretty darn cheap.
