What should I use/do for my skin?

My skin is oily and dry at the same time & i have a little eczema. i also wear excessive amounts of make-up. i want the eczema to go away and to not have oily/ dry peeling skin....any suggestions...?

less makeup and try to use skin cleaners that treat oily and dry skin at once....
ex- sulfar soaps...neutrogena.. clearasil.. they work

This is not what you want to hear, leave it well alone. The excessive amounts of make-up are not going to help.
