1) Explain your goal to your hair dresser so he/she can cut them at an angle so you can sweep them to the side as they grow out.
2) Find some cute head bands & embellished clips to hold them away from your eyes.
3) Use a round brush as you blow dry them to give them shape & hold them in place w/ some hair pomade or gel.
Here are some examples as they get longer:

There are lots of ways you can go about doing this. It all depends on the length of your bangs now. You could always just wait very impatiently, through the cute resting the on the forehead stage, to the annoying it's hanging in my eyes stage, to the tuck it behind the ears stage, to full grown. If you choose to do this, I suggest you invest in lots of bobby pins and other cute hair pins. If you want to go drastic, you could cut your hair shorter and have your beautician layer your hair around your face so your bangs naturally blend with your new do and it can all grow out together. You could also keep your hair the length it is and have your beautician just layer your hair lovingly around your face which will make the process of growing out your bangs fun and cute. Also, you may be interested in the idea of long bangs. Instead of the drastic bangs on your forehead to all the same length, lots of girls like to keep their bangs trimmed to their cheekbones, which are fun and flirt for ponytails but can also look really sophisticated when your hair is down and looking classy.
Most importantly, just do what you feel is right, whether that be a dramatic chop to patiently waiting.
Best of luck and have fun!

You just for a while clip then back and make cute hair styled with them. And to make them go a little bit faster just when you put sonditioner in them i want you to smother the bangs in conditioner. I am a hair stylist and when they come in telling me they want to grow out bangs that is exactly what i do. Smother the bangs in conditioner and that helps hair grow faster its the truth.

When the bangs start to get a little longer you can sweep them to the side as if you had a side fringe, then when they get past that point you can have them cut to blend into a faceframe
You can wear a headband to keep them off your face or use a mini clip to pin them back
Best of Luck!!!!!!!

Grow them out. You don't want to cut them off. If you have straight bangs that just go down on your forhead try making them as side bangs. Hey you might like them!

...perseverance, time and a lil'bit of patience! before you know it they'll tuck behind your ears or blow back beautifully. if you don't like you cut them again. I'm constantly cutting them and growing them - variety is the spice of life ;-]

put them back with a headband, you can clip them back with hair clips, you could try geling/ spraying them back, but i wouldn't do that until they are pretty long. thats about all you can do!
