I am told if you do not turn from your sin, you will not go to heaven...so:
obese people, who die never turned from their sin and will go to hell...the majority of the U.S. is obese...so, the majority will go to hell, because gluttony is a sin, and your body is a temple of God.
Divorced/remarried people are committing adultery according to the Bible...(Luke, 1 Corinthians 6:9) If they are not celibate in their second marriage...they are going to hell, for they never turned from their sin...The divorce rate is over 50%...even among pastors..
People who steal by not repaying credit card debt, or filing bankruptcy are not repaying their, loan, so are breaking the 10 commandments by stealing...Again, a large percentage of the population..if they do not pay it back, they will go to hell for not turning from their sin.
And of course, you guys say gay people are going to hell...10% of the population...
So, who is left? Will there be anyone in heaven?

oops, left out those who participate in idolatry...by being addicted to coffee, pepsi, etc...if you need something to get you up in the morning..it has obviously become your God....

Some religions believe that only 144 000 actually go to heaven. The rest will live in a paradise on the earth but this is after Armegeddon which is the war between good and evil.
If people deliberately do wrong things knowing that they are doing wrong they will not be forgiven but those who endure until the end are the ones who will be saved.
They believe that Jesus's sacrifice was to put right the wrongs of adam and eve and people who put their faith in this act of forgiveness and sacrifice and express repentance and take care not to repeat their wrong doings as much as they can can be forgiven.
They believe that all people since the fall of adam and eve have been born imperfect and so can not be expected to act perfectly but they can try to live a moral life in accordance with the bible as much as is humanly possible.

It's not that I believe that obesity is a good thing I just have never seen the commandment against gluttony? I also had on idea that adultery was an unforgivable sin, nor is stealing nor is homosexuality. Many get involved and then turn away from each and toward Christ. Jesus stand ready to except them back with open arms. rejoicing more than the one who was lost than the 99 that never strayed. If we had to be judged by all our sins then you are correct no one would enter the Kingdom. Because of the blood Jesus offered on the cross all who will take the life and forgiveness he offers will be inheritors of that glory... Jim

According to Revelations 14:4 If you've had sex with a woman you will NOT go to Heaven.
Revelations 14 Then I looked, and there before me was the Lamb, standing on Mount Zion, and with him 144,000… 4 These are those who DID NOT DEFILE themselves with women, for they remained virgins. [Emphasis added]
That is of course keep in mind, that your all the pretty slim anyway, since there has been an estimated over 400 billion humans on the planet from the get-go.
Good luck with that…

We know its the few. Many are called Few are chosen. Narrow is the gate and few that find it. However we know that God would want us all to be there, God is not willing that any should perish but that all would repent.
You do realize of course that some people who are obese have a medical condition and can't lose weight right?
You do realize that by you standard God himself will not be in Heaven because he divorced Israel.
What if they die while paying it back what then hmm? What about the credit card companys responsibilite in that they are charging usuary.
Homosexuals are going to go to hell. Paul makes that very clear in Romans 1 there is no way around it.

Keep in mind no one can EARN their way in. Even if we were perfect, which we are not, there is no buying your way in. Perfection is not expected, faithfullness is to proper Bible principles. Those principles are not to be corrupted by pagan beliefs.
Having said that, the main place for man is life on earth not heaven. Revelations does identify a definite number of 144,000 humans who must first die and be ressurrected into spirits that do go to heaven.

Thank God for the cleansing power of the Blood of Jesus..The moment we ask forgiveness our dept of sin is cleansed as well as forgotten and we are able to live righteous lives before both God and Man and not have to answer to those who stand with a club of selfrighteousness in their hands.. Jesus has already taken upon himself the sins of the world both past, present and future. All we have to do is walk in the light as He is in the light and by being lead of the Holy Spirit of God we are the very sons and daughters of God and if God be for us "WHO" can be against us???

Not so, . . . For the Bible makes this point very CLEAR. 'All who call upon the NAME of Jesus, SHALL BE SAVED'! So obese people, many of whom are victims to the evil hypothalamus altering(damaging effects) of Aspartame, Canola oil, rBGH(recombinant Bovine Growth Hormone) in their dairy and meats, certainly will be SAVED if they call on Jesus, for they weren't sinning in the first place, but rather victims of an EVIL food industry here in America!! See
below reference: Obesity caused by Aspartame!
Now concerning gays, that's a whole different serious situation, for in the eyes of God, homosexuality is a very grievous SIN to Him! They need to do some serious soul searching, and changing of their LIFE STYLE,(repenting) in order to make it into God's Heaven in the after life!! If you want to know the truth about something as controversial as 'homosexuality' then you've got to be willing to accept the TRUTH when it is SHOWN to you:http://www.behindthebadge.net/apologetics/discuss77.html in this website!!!

Sin just separates us from God. Jesus died for all of our sins. We just have to repent and call on the name of Jesus and we can enter heaven because our debt has already been paid. That's love.
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

So far, just one. There is room for more if I could just find someone to convert to the one true religion that only I have been lucky enough to discover.
