I am fourteen and and not over weight but I have a stomach and It kind of pokes out well not kind of it does!!!!... my mom says i will loose it if I stop eating everything but the truth is I cant, I will eat and then an hour later I'm hungry again...!!!? I need some Ideas!!!!


I know exercise but I'm still trying to work on my eating before I do that.... I think It will help me.... What do you think?

You actually should be eatting 5-6 times a day. That is good for your metabolism. However you need to be replacing what you eat.

Look up the website for The biggest loser and Bob talks about eatting quality foods that fill you up. More dense foods.

Also eat fruits and veggies, things like that, instead of whatever you are eatting. Also drink water. Try to drink 20 oz of water a day. If you do that easily, try 1 L a day. You don't really need to drink 64 oz of water a day...but do try to drink at least 32 oz. Drinking helps fill you up.

Also distract yourself. When you think you are hungry--that is when your body is just starting to lose weight. you have to be hungry for 20 minutes and your body burns fat. So when you are hungry and wander in the kitchen--make yourself go for a walk or run around the block. Rollarblade or bike. Spend 30 min exercising. You'll probably notice the "hunger" goes away.

Just substitute your food to something healthier !

Try eating calories negative fruits such as Apricot, Mandarin orange, Blackberry, Melon Cantaloupe, Blackcurrant, Peaches, Guava, Honeydew melon and Lemon.

Several foods contains so little energy that our body will need more energy to digest it through the long process and absorbs the nutrients. So by eating these type of foods, we hope the calories intake vs outtake balance will be negative.

Many of them can help destroy the fat near your stomach/
The vegetables are specially good for washing out lump of fat.

Onions and Garlics
Cucumber
Tomato
Cabbage
Celery
Lettuce

When I feel hungry and I don't want to scarf everything in my path i eat an apple. They have done research and have noticed that people that eat an apple a day decrease their appetite. Also try drinking water. Drinking a lot of water makes you feel full. Try these and maybe they will work for you. Good luck!!!

If the calories you intake exceed the calories you expend then you will gain weight, its that simple. Don't listen to any carb diets or anything that people want to sell you.

If you are constantly hungry thats not necessarily a bad thing, you have a good metabolism. Search the internet for Weight Watchers and they can help you count calories you intake and calories you expend.

You have to diet & exercise , its hard but you have to try, dont go to far skinny dont look good either :) drink a glass of water before you eat , drink water all day no calories & its fills you up

join taekwondo or karate or sports like basketball,volleyball,soccer something fun so that you will enjoy loosing weight and don't eat too much fat eat vegetables and you will loose weight for sure

Yes. There is only one reason anyone is overweight. They eat and/or drink too much compared to how much their body needs.

Sounds like you're like the 250million other americans out there. Welcome to the struggle, IF you eat healthy, like fruits and veggies, they will fill you up so you won't be hungry in an hour.
