Yes... Tomatoes are high in antioxidants and Lycopene (which is believed to protect agains heart disease), vitamins and minerals.

Can't get any better than that! :-)

Yes, tomatoes are good for you and are a great addition to any diet. Cooking them with a little bit of oil actually amps up some of their benefits, too!
